EchoMyke is a SaaS and AI automation platform based in Lagos, Nigeria, offering lead generation, automated follow-up systems, CRM and sales tracking, website and funnel setup, and digital skills training through EchoMyke Academy.

4. Your Account and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting forms.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• All fees are stated in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
• Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the specific terms agreed at the point of purchase.

7. Academy Terms

Enrolment in EchoMyke Academy grants access to training content for the duration of your programme. We do not guarantee employment or specific income outcomes, as these depend on your individual effort and market conditions. Training materials remain our intellectual property and may not be redistributed without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and training materials, is the property of EchoMyke or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Client Content

You retain ownership of any content, leads, or data you submit to our platform. You grant us a licence to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to us.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved. Marketing and lead generation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and your own sales process.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoMyke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the relevant Service in the preceding three months.
